Step-by-Step Strategy
Step 1
Switch to an empty loadout with no weapons/armor before entering the fog gate — Mimic copies your current equip.
Step 2
After the gate loads and Mimic appears, swap back to your best gear to fight a weaponless Mimic.
Step 3
If you forget the trick: use Holy damage (it's weak to Holy) and Bleed for fast kills.
Step 4
Spirit summons are disabled in this fight, but you can use weapon arts freely.
